Okay, this is my very first post on blogspot, so it will be interesting!
This is my prewriting exercise for my Week 3 Essay. The essay will be about a game level that I made for my last UAT class, GAM230. So, here are the prewriting questions and the answers to them.
Who is your audience(s)?
The audience for this essay like all of my others includes my fellow students as well the class instructor, Stephen Brandon.
What goals do you want to achieve by producing your text?
I think the main goal that I want to achieve with this text is to determine exactly what my process is when trying to accomplish tasks. My secondary goal after determining my process is to find parts of that process that can be improved to make a better product.
What is your topic?
My topic is to write about a process that I have used in the past to create some product. I will specifically talk about the process that I used for creating a Warcraft III level. While this is is a specific process, I think it could shed some light on the general process that I use for other tasks that I have had to complete.
How will you organize the text?
I believe I will organize it in a similar way to my previous essays. Within my essay, I will go from the first steps in my process to the last. I will try to be as formal and specific as I can so that I can really pin down exactly what my process is.
Alright, I really hope that I did this correctly. If there is more that I should consider or talk about, my fellow students and Steve, feel free to let me know.

You have a good beginning to your pre-writing. Just as a suggestion, in addition to what you currently have, perhaps you may also want to consider the effect or message you want to get across to your audience, as well as describe the content you are going to put in your paper.
Does not have to be detail or an outline, but a general high level just to get your thoughts flowing as to the content.
Great job, and I agree the class has finally taken shape!
I look forward to your work.
Josh
